Personal Data Protection Act
A data protection law, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs the collection, use, disclosure and care of personal data. It recognizes both the rights of individuals to protect their personal data including rights of access and correction, and the needs of organisations to collect, use or disclose personal data for legitimate and reasonable purposes.
The PDPA provides for the establishment of a national Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. The DNC Registry allows individuals to register their Singapore telephone numbers to opt out of receiving marketing phone calls, mobile text messages such as SMS or MMS, and faxes from organisations.

The company and its authorized representatives, including employees, partnering vendors and authorized agents, respect your privacy and the personal data collected are for uses and for the purposes of providing products and services to you, sharing your customer experience with us, informing you on the status of services and products bought and new services and products, including promotions and all other contents as to be contacted or sent from time to time.
Consent for Contact
By signing the Registration Form, you have agreed to receive all forms of communications and contents including promotional messages from the company and its authorized representatives, including employees, partner vendors and authorized agents as the consent which you have agreed upon and signing off the Order Form with personal details provided overrides any registration with the DNC Registry.
You may withdraw your consent by submitting a simple written request with attention to the Marketing Communications – Withdrawal of Consent to be contacted for non-service related communications to the registered office of the company.
